Happy Thanksgiving (Week)!
I am so thankful to have such an amazing team of clients, colleagues, and such a strong community that supports my vision for nutrition + fitness.

Previous to starting my own nutrition coaching business I worked at a fitness center for 12+ years as a nutrition coach. I resigned because they eliminated my position. I believe that sometimes God closes doors (or in my case He slammed the door!) because it’s time to move forward. He knows you won’t move unless your circumstances force you. I have trusted God in my transition of starting my own business and I am so motivated by the impact I am making and I am thankful to have this opportunity.
I am incredibly thankful for the clients that I work with daily. Thank you for trusting me to coach and guide you to success. You all inspire me with your work ethic and positivity. Changing your lifestyle is hard work but so many times you make it look easy. I love being a part of your journey and seeing the transformations you make with your mind, body, and spirit.
I am beyond thankful for the team that I work with. Carol, our Client Attraction Manager, is one of the friendliest, most organized people that I know. She is incredibly innovative, and is constantly strategizing ways for us to connect and serve more people in the community and across the country. And I am thankful for our newest addition, Brianna, who brings so much passion and energy to the team. She is excited to help teach others learn how to thrive with more food and set PR’s inside + outside of the gym.
