Happy Monday! I have some exciting news!!!! But first… I hope you had a wonderful weekend. I had an amazing weekend with my folks + Jase + Molly (and our good friend/client, Phil). I gotta say the cooler weather is refreshing. We visited 4 local Breweries and enjoyed each other’s company and even got competitive with some board games. Ok, I got competitive with the board games (sigh). Anyone else? We were out for a bulk of the day on Saturday. I am not a beer drinker so I sipped on fizzy water with lime and a Spindrift. I also brought some snacks with me to prevent any hanger, and also enjoyed snacking on some french fries at one of the destinations. I also haven’t worked out since Thursday. Am I perfect? Nah! But did I make decent choices? Sure. And I enjoyed my time with my family with zero guilt or punishment because I have an all foods fit approach to nutrition.

Have you ever been told to:
- Eat less,
- Exercise more,
- Avoid certain foods/ food groups, or
- Measure success by the number on the scale?
If so, I want you to know there IS another way to achieve your health and fitness goals! Through my nutrition & fitness coaching programs, I teach active people how to:
- Increase their strength,
- Boost their confidence inside & outside of the gym,
- Use food & fitness to look and feel good, and
- Have a healthy relationship with food.
- In many cases, this can be achieved by eating more and exercising less … all with zero guilt, shame, or punishment!
