Everyone wants results.
But not everyone wants the sacrifice that comes with those results.
Here’s the truth:
If you have a fat loss or aesthetic goal… yes, some sacrifice is necessary.
But probably not as extreme as you think.
At first, it might just look like:
- Saying no to that second glass of wine
- Ordering takeout one less time a week
- Getting up 30 minutes earlier to fit in movement
These are small shifts, but they matter.
And they get you results without flipping your life upside down.
But here’s what most coaches don’t tell you…
As you make progress and start to level up?
The next 5–10 pounds, the leaner look, the defined muscle, the abs…
Those take a little more. A little more intention. A little more tradeoff.
Each phase of the journey will ask you: “Is this still worth it for me right now?”
And here’s the thing…
Sometimes your answer will be yes.
Sometimes your answer will not be right now.
Neither is wrong. Only what’s right for you.
One of our clients lost 20 pounds while still having dessert every single night.
But when she wanted to lose the next 10?
That nightly dessert had to go (don’t worry, after a Fat Loss Phase you can gradually re-introduce those foods/calories).
And she had to decide if it was worth it.
Not for me. Not for anyone else.
For her.
We don’t coach through judgment.
We coach through clarity.
We tell you what it’ll realistically take, and then you get to decide.
Because sustainable results don’t come from extremes…
They come from aligned choices.
