Let’s be honest… Mondays come with pressure. A fresh start. A blank slate. A new shot to “be perfect” again.
And maybe you’ve already felt it this morning:
“I’ll eat clean all week.”
“I’m not missing a single workout.”
“I’ll finally get it together.”
And while that energy feels good in the moment…
You know what happens by Thursday.
Here’s what I want to offer you instead:
You don’t need a perfect week.
You just need a consistent one.
One that’s built on real life, not rigid rules.
One where you hit your protein goal, even if dinner’s frozen turkey burgers and baby carrots.
One where your walk around the block counts, even if it’s 10 minutes.
One where your plan adjusts with you, not against you.
Because the truth is… progress doesn’t come from extremes.
It comes from momentum.
And momentum starts with one small win.
Today.
So before you write a long list of “shoulds” for the week…
Ask yourself this:
What’s one thing I can do today that supports the version of me I’m becoming?
Do that.
Then repeat it tomorrow.
And again the next day.
That’s how change sticks.
You don’t need a massive overhaul this week.
You just need a steady drip of “I did that.”
Let’s make this week about you following through, not burning out.
You’ve got this.
