For years I used to obsess about my body and the scale, struggled with disordered eating, and chronically over-trained and abused my body. Now my teams mission at Coaching with Abby (CWA) is to help YOU no longer be at war with your body, food, or fitness.
We want to teach you how to FUEL your body to help you set PR’s inside + outside of the gym and look + feel damn good while doing it ❤️ 💪🏼
Life is all about balance, ya’ll. Because we understand that it’s cool to back squat 290 pounds (that’s my all time PR)… but it’s equally cool to be able to hike up mountains with your dog, chase your kids around the playground, or carry all of your Target groceries in one trip! And having abs is rad (well, actually we all *have abs), it’s even more rad to finally live in a body that you love and respect and fill with nourishing fuel.
The Goal of our 1:1 Coaching Program is to:
🎯 Teach you HOW much food you need to support your goals (which is shocking for most people… I’m 5’5″ and need 2600 calories to maintain my weight!!).
🎯 Customize your macro-nutrient goals (protein, carbs, fats… yes, we suggest eating all macros) and personalize your nutrition prescription based on a full nutrition assessment, with weekly modifications based on biofeedback.
🎯 Encourage flexible tracking (all foods fit).
🎯 Provide ongoing education, check-ins, support, and accountability.
