Happy Thanksgiving Fitness Family!
I’ll try to make this quick (so that you can get back to football + food)… I know over here we are about to hit a strength workout, watch football, enjoy food (dessert is my fave!), and of course do our Annual Turkey Trot with Molly + Max dog (we just walk 3.1 miles from our house).
I am thankful for my fur family (my Bearded Babe, Jase, included) + football + food + fitness freedom! I spent so many years chronically under-eating, over-training, and abusing my body. Today, I am not longer at war with my body. And for that, I’m grateful.
At CWA, our mission is to serve others so they don’t experience the same failures that I did. I am beyond thankful to have such an amazing team of clients, coaches (Coach Stephanie & Kristin are seriously the best), and such a strong community that supports our vision for nutrition and fitness (with a side of carbs).
I am incredibly thankful for the clients that we work with. Thank you for trusting us to coach and guide you to lifelong success. You all inspire me with your work ethic and positivity. Changing your lifestyle is hard work but so many times you make it look easy. I love being a part of your journey and seeing the transformations you make with your mind, body, and spirit. I truly appreciate every one of you.
