We believe that our fitness App is better than yours 😏 (Kind of) Kidding. But there are so many fitness programs out there… So what’s the scoop with our program- Look Good + Feel Good (LFG)?
Our programming is designed by husband + wife, Jason and Abby. We have a combined 35 years of experience in fitness + nutrition 🤯 In those years we’ve seen the good, the bad, and the ugly – personally AND professionally working with clients – when it comes to workout programming.
The fitness industry is rampant with an overwhelming amount of seemingly conflicting information on the subject. It’s not always about doing the most amount of work, rather, it’s about finding the RIGHT amount of work for the MOST amount of results for YOUR BODY. Because let’s face it- we have lives outside the gym.
LFG is a progressive strength training program. This means that each week the training variables – volume, intensity, duration, etc. will change slightly so that you continue to PROGRESS. You’ll either be doing more weight for less reps, the same weight for more reps, more sets, and/or higher RPE (rate of perceived exertion) to keep you from hitting plateaus. A progressive strength training program will have you hitting PRs on a regular basis in your workouts.
Lastly, our program is designed to help you look good + feel good (thus, the name) while setting PR’s inside + outside the gym. We think it’s super rad to squat 290+ pounds (Abby’s PR btw)… but we also want you to be able to ride bikes with your kids, go hiking, or take out the trash without pain 😜

- Access to our Private FB group where you can get your questions answered, build camaraderie and community, motivate yourself, and build your confidence no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
- PLUS we are offering video form checks making this program even MORE personalized (mind blown emoji). We’ve personally learned in our fitness journey how important it can be to video ourselves with questionable lifts and have someone else review it. Sometimes it can be a simple foot adjustment and BOOM, now you feel those squats in your glutes vs your low back!
- Access to Coach Abby and all of her online Guides. She’s not only a Personal Trainer/Coach but a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. We realize sometimes nutrition can be the biggest obstacle for people, so members can access her through the group for any Q’s or concerns.
