As a girl that used to compete in 100-mile races, I never imagined I would or could fall in love with a weight room…🖤
But here I am 👋🏽
When I was forced to step away from ultra-running, I discovered lifting weights.
Lifting weights quickly humbled me, and I learned that my fasted low carb BS wouldn’t support my goals in the gym.
Strength Training…
✨ Showed me that eating carbs equals better strength.
✨Taught me to become obsessed with the weight on the bar vs. the weight on the scale.
✨ And that being strong > skinny.
