I heard something recently that stopped me in my tracks:
“Fear and faith are the same thing. In both cases, you’re putting energy into something you can’t see.”
Think about that for a second.
Both fear and faith require imagination.
They both ask you to believe in something that hasn’t happened yet or something you can’t see.
But only one leads you somewhere better.
Here’s the truth:
⭐️ You’ve already exercised faith in your life.
⭐️ You’ve trusted that things will work out when they felt uncertain.
⭐️ You’ve believed in something bigger than yourself.
So the question isn’t if you can believe.
The question is: Where are you putting that belief?
When it comes to your health…
Your body…
Your energy…
Your confidence…
Do you put your faith in the possibility of change?
Or your fear that it won’t work for you?
Because most of the women I talk to aren’t struggling with discipline.
They’re not lazy.
They’re not unmotivated.
They’re just putting their energy into fear: “I’ll fail again.”
“I won’t follow through.”
“I’m too far gone.”
“This is just how it is now.”
And so they hold themselves back.
They don’t ask for help.
They don’t get support.
They keep trying to prove to themselves that it’s safe to believe again… after they get results.
But faith doesn’t work that way.
It’s not the result of action.
It’s the fuel for it.
What if you took all the energy you’ve been putting into worry…doubt… what-ifs…
And put that into trust?
→ Trust that your body isn’t broken.
→ Trust that the right plan can actually work for you.
→ Trust that when you get the right support, things will finally feel different.
Because the gap between where you are and where you want to be?
It’s not just about calories and workouts.
It’s about where you place your belief.
Fear will hold you hostage.
Faith will move you forward.
You don’t have to know exactly how it’s all going to unfold.
You just have to believe there’s a path… and take the next step toward it.
We’ll help with the rest.
