Let’s have a moment of honesty.
If you’ve been stuck…
If your health, energy, or confidence isn’t where you want it to be…
If progress feels impossible or inconsistent…
There’s a good chance you’ve said something like this:
“It’s my schedule.”
“It’s my hormones.”
“It’s stress. Work. The kids. Life.”
And listen, I’m not here to argue whether those things are real.
They are.
You may not have caused the problem.
But here’s the truth: It’s still your responsibility.
No one is coming to fix it for you. No coach. No program. No perfect phase of life. And the more you blame, deflect, or outsource your struggle to things outside of you… The harder it becomes to change.
Because blame = powerlessness.
But ownership? Ownership is how you take your power back. It’s how you stop waiting for life to calm down… And start building habits that work even when it doesn’t.
It’s how you say: “I didn’t create this mess but I’m the one who’s going to fix it.”
That shift changes everything.
So if this email feels like a gut punch, good.
That means it landed.
That means something inside you knows it’s time.
You can keep telling yourself the story that your life is too crazy right now. Or you can write a new one, where you rise above it anyway.
It’s your move.
Always has been.
