Think Big. Start Small. But Most of All… Start.

12 weeks in ⬇️ 10 pounds, and ⬆️ in strength, energy, and confidence!

All while eating/dieting off of 2000-2250 calories/day 🙄

Meet our client, Grace. 

Grace came to us wanting to lose fat, but wanted to lose it the right way, and knew it would take time. Grace recently graduated from Coaching with Abby (CWA), after 6 months of working with Registered Dietitian Nutrition Coach, Brianna Borgen.

Before working with CWA, Grace…

  • Felt uncomfortable in her skin
  • Wasn’t sure what to eat to help her accomplish her goal of fat loss
  • Exhausted all of the time
  • Lacked the energy she needed to get thru her workday and keep up with life demands (she has a full time job, is a wife, and mom of 2 kids)

 

MAINTENANCE PHASE:
Coach Bri put Grace initially thru a 12-week Maintenance Phase because of her higher levels of stress, and to create a solid base. In the Maintenance Phase, the team focused on boosting Grace’s calories from 2100 calories to 2400 calories/day, nailed down the nutrition foundations, and increased her strength training frequency and daily activity (NEAT). A lot of attention was spent on consistency and accountability (the not so sexy stuff). Grace maintained her weight thru this phase.

 

FAT LOSS PHASE:
Grace recently completed a 12-week Fat Loss Phase and lost 10 pounds. She was eating 2000-2250 calories/day! That’s right! She didn’t have to starve or restrict herself. She’s gained strength, energy, improved sleep, and overall confidence!

At CWA we encourage playing the LONG-GAME. This means putting in the work to build a strong foundation and making sure you EARN the right to diet (ie: you have a big enough budget/calories to diet from). Grace spent 12-weeks in Maintenance working on the 101 before transitioning into a 12-week deficit.

The result was an easy transaction and fat loss (about 1 pound per week). When you play the long-game vs a quick fix, it’s a much easier, smoother, more manageable calorie deficit. Take it from Grace.
